7. Possibility of refund on orders placed on this web site

• Hardware products, purchased from the Celiveo web store, carry a 14-day return policy from the product shipment date (from Celiveo to the customer). Original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded unless there is an error on Celiveo’s part related to the order.
• Software products do not include a return policy.
• A refund is possible only if the product was purchased from Celiveo online store. If the product was purchased from a reseller, please contact the reseller and verify their refund policy.
• To request a refund, customers are required to contact us. A RMA (Returned Material Authorization) number will be provided for eligible requests. The product must be returned to the address indicated in the RMA notification. If the customer is at fault, shipping will be the customer’s responsibility. If Celiveo is at fault, shipping will be Celiveo’s responsibility. Returned products must be properly packaged and protected against chocs and humidity so that they arrive in perfect condition.A refund will occur within 30 days of receiving the products in perfect condition.
• Celiveo logistics department will not accept packages without a valid RMA number.

Other product and company names mentioned herein may be trademarks and/or service marks of their respective owners.

9. U.S. Government Restricted Rights
If this website is used by the U.S. Government, the US government user agrees that the Software has been developed entirely at private expense and is delivered as “Commercial Computer Software” (as defined in DFARS 252.227-7013) or as “Restricted Computer Software” (as defined in FAR 52.227-19).

10. Miscellaneous
This agreement shall be constructed, interpreted and governed by the laws of Singapore. You agree that this is the complete and exclusive statements of this agreement which supersedes any prior agreement or other communication between us on this subject.
