From SecureJet to Celiveo
Celiveo Enterprise, the new generation of documents management solution
We, at Celiveo, are permanently working to bring our customers the best technology especially when it comes to documents and printers management.
Since 2000 our SecureJet Enterprise has been helping hundreds of thousands of users around the world to secure documents and control printer usage and the installed base keeps growing with a double digit rate.
Nevertheless we have undertaken a deep customer review and asked some enterprise clients what would be their dream solution when it comes to documents and printers management.
The result can be summarized as a solution that:
- addresses the full document life cycle
- manages all documents output, from Windows to ERPs and mobile devices
- removes all print servers, to address instantly a very high cost
- requires no print application server, for full scalability and low cost
- addresses the security of documents printed from PC, tablets and smartphones
- uses MFPs as a kiosk to process and produce documents on demand
- helps to easily remove printers and consolidate them into a MFP fleet
- is printer manufacturer-agnostic
A new solution has then been designed and developed, it addresses all those points and even more, with full backward compatibility with SecureJet.
That new solution is Celiveo Enterprise, name derivated from the Latin word "Celi" that means "to engrave on marble".
Celiveo Enterprise is a suite of modules that are document-centric when SecureJet was printer-centric. The printer or MFP becomes just one of the many outputs for documents.
The 1st of Januar, 2016, we have changed the Jetmobile company name to Celiveo to create a single world-wide brand name covering both the solution and the company.
The name is changing and customers can expect the same world class secure output management solutions, permanent innovation, high reliability and outstanding service from us.
