Every time the printer finishes copying, emailing, faxing, or scanning a document, Celiveo 365 collects information about the activity and stores it directly and safely into the Cloud without needing any server or PC².
This secure and direct technology offers unmatched performance, confidentiality and accuracy.

Collected metadata:¹
User UPN, DisplayName, up to 5 Entra ID User attributes, Workstation Name, Printer model, Printer Name, Printer IP address, Printer tags for group allocation.

Time/Date of Printing, Document Title, Document Type (print, copy, scan, fax), Page Count, Copy Count, Paper Size, Print Job Size, Black & White or Color Output, Simplex or Duplex, Toner saving mode.

¹: Not all printers or printer drivers report the full information about documents output or user domain.

²: Direct secure communication of usage tracking data from the printer/MFP to the Cloud needs the device to support the Celiveo embedded agent. Printing on printers without embedded agent is tracked by the UPE (Universal Printer Endpoint) IoT service installed on the network.

Detailed Document Cost Information

The administrator defines cost profiles for AI and Print, considering parameters such as color, duplex, paper format and printers technologies. Multiple profiles can be defined to reflects the most accurate usage cost.

Cost profiles can also be using different currencies, to reflect local supplies contract prices in a Managed Document Service agreement covering multiple countries with various currencies. Reports can then provide information for each currency.
