Supported Printers & MFP

Celiveo 365 supports secure pull printing across virtually any modern network printer, including IPP 2.x and PDF-capable devices, while selected supported MFPs add secure direct scan to Microsoft 365.

For advanced capabilities, the Celiveo Intelligent Agent runs directly on supported printers and MFPs. It enables direct Zero-Trust-Access communication with Celiveo 365, user authentication at the device, card-reader integration, and secure control of print, copy, scan, fax and email workflows. Direct scan to OneDrive for Business and Exchange Online is available on supported MFP platforms.

NFC Tap & Print : Secure pull printing on IPP 2.x network printers with PDF support. Users authenticate and release their documents by tapping their smartphone at the printer.

On-screen Agent : The Celiveo Intelligent Agent is installed directly on supported printers and MFPs. It adds an integrated Celiveo user interface, card-reader support, secure user authentication and SSO for print, copy, scan, fax and email.

Mobile Print : Users can print from iPhone, iPad and Android devices, and perform pull print on home printers using native mobile printing capabilities such as AirPrint and Mopria.

Direct Scan to OneDrive : On supported MFPs with the Celiveo 365 Intelligent agent, Entra-ID authenticated users can scan directly to their OneDrive for Business using OAuth2 modern authentication, with no intermediary scan server or cloud proxy between the MFP and Microsoft 365.

Direct Scan to Exchange Online : On supported MFPs with the Celiveo 365 Intelligent agent, Entra-ID authenticated users can scan and send documents directly through Exchange Online using their Microsoft 365 identity, enabling secure scan-to-email without relying on a generic printer or service mailbox.
